Our estate sales & liquidation services include the following:

PREPARATION

• Setting Up: No matter what your reason is for doing the estate sale, we can help you. We spend 5-15 days setting up your sale, which includes organizing the contents of your property. Personal items not part of the sale must be secured by owner or an agreed location by both parties. These items should be removed before the estate sale agreement is made.
• Clean & Display Items for Sale: We carefully go through each item/collection and get them cleaned and in displayable condition
• We prepare an itemized list of items for the estate sale

MARKETING & ADVERTISING

• Price Items: We have over 20 years of experience in dealing with antiques, collectibles, mid-century modern, ancient artifacts, paintings & lithographs, jewelry, coins, musical instruments, tools and much more. We carefully evaluate, research and price each item or collection
• Newspaper Advertising, email notifications to customers, social media advertising

ON-SITE SALE

• Provide tables, street signage and all necessary items for displaying the contents of the home
• The estate sales typically run for 1-2 days, larger sales can be up to 3 days. Our team of at least 2 people are present to hold the sale and ensure a certain amount of buyers go through the home at a time

AFTER THE SALE

• Thrift Stores and Charities are contacted for donating any left over unsold items.
• We make arrangements on behalf of the owner for the removal of any trash/cleaning. We have contacts for cleaning and trash out services.
• The owner is provided with the proceeds of the sale with an itemized list once the trash/out cleaning has been completed and home is in broom clean condition.
